Novelles refreshment stop – with a fabulous panoramic view
From the parish church of St. Valentin up to Oberdorf. Turn right into the Pazöhlgasse (above the restaurant Stadlwirt). At the end of the lane the path leads directly up to the Novelleshof - 1,693 m. Walking time: 1 hour
This path is also suitable for tobogganing.
Gasthof Riatschhof – Schwarzer See
From the hamlet of Mühlen to the valley station of the Mutzkopf chairlift. Then you take the road towards the Gasthof Riatsch (open to the public), left to the Tiefer Gatter, the Schwarzsee path further down the Stierle, to the Schwarzen See Lake at an altitude of 1,725 m. The Schwarze See Lake is an upland moor lake in the midst of a pine forest and is protected as a natural monument. Walking time approx. 2 hours. To the ruined Kompatschhof, take the old road to the hamlet of Fuhrmannsloch past the Schloss Naudersberg. Then the path turns off and leads directly to the Kompatschhof at 1,617 m. A spot for relaxing in the quiet mountain countryside. Walking time: 1.5 hours.
From the hamlet of Mühlen take the Swiss main road past the valley station of the Mutzkopf chairlift. Shortly after on the right of the road take the walking trail along the „Hackaweg“ via the football pitch to the Gasthof Norbertshöhe (open to the public). Walking time: approx. 30 mins.

From the hamlet of Mühlen you take the Swiss main road past the valley station of the Mutzkopfsessellift. Shortly after on the right of the road take the walking trail along the „Hackaweg“ via the football pitch to the Gasthof Norbertshöhe (open to the public). Walking time: approx. 30 mins.
From the Gasthof Norbertshöhe carry onto the Schöpfwarte (1,438 m),with its fabulous view of the Lower Engadin. Walking time: approx. 15 mins.
Return along the same path on foot or toboggan.
Along the old road (Via Claudia Augusta) to the Reschenpass
Easy walk along the flat, however, a number of kilometres to conquer. As this walk runs parallel to the Reschen trail, you can observe the cross-country skiers as well as the downhill skiers. The old road starts at the Hotel Maultasch, leads past Schloss Naudersberg with the St. Leonhards Chapel, the Gasthof Martha (open to the public) and the valley station of the Bergkastel cable car. It then carries on over the Fuhrmannsloch to the Gasthof - Hotel Dreiländerblick (open to the public) - 1,450 m. Walking time: 1 hour
From the Hotel Dreiländerblick this footpath carries on to Reschen - Altreschen am See. From there you follow the footpath along the lake, until you come to the Grauner which stands in the water and is the landmark of Alt Graun. Walking time: 1 hour
